In collaboration with the Kırklareli University Project Development and Coordination Office (PGKO) and the Digital Transformation Office (DDO), and with the contributions of the KLU TEKNOFEST Student Club, a Project Cycle Management (PCM) Training was organised on 16–17 April 2025 as part of the Academic Festival (AkademikFEST'25).
As part of the event, a comprehensive training programme was delivered on the PCM (Project Cycle Management) process, covering all stages from the development of a project idea to evaluation and implementation, along with detailed insights into project writing processes.
In the first session of the training, a presentation titled Project Cycle Management and Project Writing Training was delivered by Lecturer Çiğdem OVACI BEJİ, Head of the Project Development and Coordination Office. In the second session, detailed information was provided on the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Programme, which supports university students’ research projects. In this part, PGKO staff member Lecturer Dr Yasemin KEŞKEK KARABULUT gave a presentation on the student support programme, application procedures, budget planning, and the preparation of successful project proposals.
Attracting great interest from student participants, the training aimed to enhance the quality of student projects carried out within the university, increase the number of students benefiting from TÜBİTAK supports, and promote a culture of project development across the university.
